Autodesk Inventor HSM در واقع نسخه CAM نرم افزار Inventor است. این نرم افزار به طور تخصصی برای رسم و تعیین مسیر حرکت دستگاه‌های فرزکاری، ماشین کاری و خم کاری است و علی الخصوص برای دستگاه‌های CNC بسیار کاربرد دارد.
این نرم افزار به طور پیش فرض قابلیت‌های CAD را داشته و امکان تبدیل فایلهای CAD به مسیرهای قابل خواندن توسط دستگاه تراش را دارا می‌باشد و همانگی آن با سایر نرم افزارهای Autodesk این امکان را می‌دهد تا بتوان هر ایده و مدل مفهومی را واقعی سازی کرد.

Distributed CAM

Best-in-class 3D toolpath strategies
Inventor HSM toolpaths are optimized to reduce cycle time, improve surface quality and extend tool life. In addition to the traditional pocket clearing strategy, Inventor HSM features the innovative Adaptive Clearing strategy that typically reduces roughing time by 40% or more and increases the tool life by as much as a factor of 10 depending on the material hardness. Finish paths follow the part faces to create the final part shape. Many machining strategies are available to suite the part topology. Inventor HSM provides superior finish machining technologies that incorporate smooth/tangent lead in/out moves to keep the tool moving in a smooth motion, reducing machine wear and tool marks.
Tool Library
Tool information can be specified directly using the Inventor tool library or imported from 3rd party tool databases. Production documents, including a tool list, are automatically generated and can be exported in a number of different formats including HTML, XML, Excel and Word documents.
3+2 Machining
All 2D and 3D strategies support 3+2 machining (5-axis positioning) by rotating the part or the head of the machine tool through a combination of A, B, or C axis motions. Create 3+2 operations by simply selecting a work plane for the operation. Inventor HSM takes care of the rest by finding the most efficient rotations to orient the part. Once positioned, all machining strategies are available. Tools and holders are gouge protected for all strategies that normally support this feature.
Turning
Inventor HSM features all the traditional turning toolpaths, including facing, roughing, grooving, threading, drilling and profiling. For drilling and hole making, choose between pre-programmed machining cycles and canned cycles, or use a combination of both. Inventor HSM supports programming twin-turret and twin-spindle lathes using all of the traditional turning operations. Mill/Turn operations are supported when combined with the 2D or 3D milling option.

راهنمای نصب1. ابتدا نرم افزار را دانلود و از حالت فشرده خارج نمایید.
2. اگر فایل Setup.exe درون پوشه بود، آن را با دسترسی Administrator اجرا کنید و در غیر این صورت فایل 001 را باز کرده و اجازه دهید در مسیر پیش فرض، نرم افزار Extract شود؛ سپس مراحل نصب نرم افزار به طور خودکار آغاز می‌شود.
3. در هنگام درخواست Serial، یکی از این کدها را وارد کنید:

400-45454545 سپس در قسمت Product Key سریال زیر وارد کنید:

4. اقدام به نصب نمایید.
5. پس از پایان نصب، نرم افزار را اجرا کنید.
6. قبل از اینکه بر روی دکمه Activate کلیک کنید، اینترنت خود را قطع کنید و یا یا یک فایروال دسترسی نرم افزار به اینترنت را مسدود کنید و سپس بر روی دکمه Activate کلیک کنید.
7. گزینه I have an activation code from Autodesk را انتخاب کنید.
8. فایل Crack را جداگانه دانلود کرده و آن را باز کنید و یکی از دو فایل Keygen را متناسب با معماری سیستم خود (برای سیستم‌های 32 بیتی xf-adsk2017_x86.exe و برای سیستم‌های 64 بیتی xf-adsk2017_x64.exe) را با دسترسی Administrator اجرا کنید (برای اجرا در ویندوز 7 و 8 باید روی فایل کلیک راست کرده و Run as administrator را بزنید) و در پنجره Keygen بر روی Patch کلیک کنید تا پیغام Successfully patched ظاهر شود.
9. در مرحله بعد لازم است سریال موجود در قسمت Request code را در Keygen کپی کرده و بر روی Generate کلیک کنید تا سریال در قسمت Activation code ظاهر شود.
حالا کافی است همان سریال تولید شده را در قسمت مربوط کپی کنید و Next را بزنید تا نرم افزار فعال شود و پیغام فعال سازی هم ظاهر گردد.
نکات:
- این نرم افزار کاملاً تست شده و کار می‌کند.
- در صورتی که نمی‌خواهید این نرم افزار را به طور کامل و جداگانه نصب کنید؛ می‌توانید Add-on نرم افزار را دانلود کرده و بر روی Autodesk Inventor 2014 تا 2017 نصب کنید.
- قبل از دانلود حتماً حداقل سیستم مورد نیاز را بررسی کنید.
- برای دانلود حتماً از یک نرم افزار مدیریت دانلود استفاده کنید.
- تمامی فایلهای تا حد ممکن فشرده شده‌اند و قابلیت تعمیر توسط نرم افزار WinRAR در صورت ناقص دانلود شدن را دارا می‌باشند.
