Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 beta 2 (http://www.blogsdna.com/1981/how-to-addremove-accelerators-in-internet-explorer-8-of-windows-7.htm) was released in August 2008 which is available for Windows XP and Vista whereas Windows 7 beta build 7000 already comes with IE 8 beta 2. Slowly Microsoft is moving towards IE 8 final build and as of today Microsoft is ready with Internet Explorer 8 Release Candidate 1 release.
Recent post by Frank Olivier (http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2009/01/21/yes-we-did.aspx) Microsoft’s UX and Compatibility program manager pointed that IE 8 RC 1 set to release on 26th January but guess what Internet Explorer 8 Release candidate 1 is already leaked on internet.
The leaking trend of all Microsoft under development products has been increased in recent years one such example is Windows 7 (http://www.blogsdna.com/tag/windows-7), Internet Explorer 8 RC 1 has been leaked (http://devrexster.googlepages.com/ie8rc1) by one of Winmatrix user Devrexster (http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22081).
Leaked Internet Explorer 8 RC 1 has build number 8.0.6001.18343. Well you will be surprised to know Internet Explorer 8 RC 1 is not supported on Windows 7 Beta.
