دینامیک سیالات نام یکی از شاخه های بسیار پرکاربرد و وسیع مکانیک سیالات است. موضوع مورد مطالعه در این زمینه از علوم چگونگی رفتار مایعات و گازها به هنگام حرکت تحت اثر عوامل گوناگون می باشد. مطالعهٔ رفتار سیالات (در حرکت و در سکون) را باید از مهم ترین بخش های مکانیک قدیم (مکانیک
کلاسیک)، فیزیک، ریاضیات کاربردی، و علوم و فنون مهندسی به حساب آورد. دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی (Computational Fluid Dynamics) یا سی اِف دی (CFD) یکی از بزرگ‌ترین زمینه‌هایی‌ست که مکانیک قدیم را به علوم رایانه و توانمندی‌های نوین محاسباتی آن در نیمهٔ دوّم قرن بیستم و در سدهٔ جدید میلادی وصل می‌کند .دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی علم پیش‌بینی جریان سیال، انتقال حرارت، انتقال جرم، واکنشهای شیمیائی، و پدیده‌های وابسته به آن به وسیله حل معادلات ریاضی، که قوانین فیزیکی را بیان می‌کنند، با استفاده از یک فرآیند عددی است. دینامیك سیالات محاسباتی عبارت از تحلیل سیستم های شامل جریان سیال، انتقال حرارت و پدیده‌های همراه، نظیر واكنش های شیمیایی براساس شبیه سازی كامپیوتری می‌باشد. CFD روش بسیار توانایی می‌باشد، به طوری كه طیف وسیعی از كاربردهای صنعتی و غیرصنعتی را در بر می‌گیرد.
نرم افزار Tecplot 360 یکی از ابزارهای قدرتمند رسم نمودار داده‌ها در زمینه‌ی CFD است که در رشته‌ی مهندسی مکانیک گرایش حرارت و سیالات کاربرد فراوانی دارد. از جمله کاربردهای این نرم افزار می توان به شبیه‌سازی عددی با نمایش 360 درجه، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و محاسبه‌ی مقادیر شبکه، استخراج توابع میدان جریان مانند ضریب فشار، بررسی هم‌گرایی راه‌حل و برآورد دقت و صحت آن و ... اشاره کرد.

3- به مسیر C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts رفته، فایل hosts را با برنامه Notepad باز نموده و عبارت زیر را به انتهای آن اضافه و در نهایت تغییرات را ذخیره کنید. (اگر فایل hosts موجود نبود آن را ایجاد کنید و عبارات را وارد کنید) 127.0.0.1 download.tecplot.com 4- نرم افزار را اجرا کنید
