(AP Photo/Muhammed Muheisen) شفقنا- دولت هلند که به دلیل کاهش میزان جرم و جنایت و کاهش زندانیان ، تعدادی از زندان ها را تعطیل کرده است، با گسترش هجوم پناهندگان به کشورهای اروپایی ، تعدادی از زندان های خود را به اسکان پناهندگان اختصاص داد. به گزارش العالم، اکنون در این برنامه صدها پناهنده که از کشورهایی مانند عراق، سوریه و یا افغانستان عازم اروپا شده اند، در زندان تعطیل شده ” دکوپل” در شهر هارلم هلند مستقر شده اند. گزارش تصویری زیر به دنبال استقرار پناهندگان در این زندان تهیه شده است. هلند درسالهای گذشته نوزده زندان خود را پس از کاهش میزان جرم و جنایت و پایین آمدن آمار زندانیان بست. یکی از برنامه های هلندی ها برای استفاده مجدد از ساختمان و تاسیسات زندان های تعطیل شده ، اجاره آن به کشور نروژ برای نگهداری از مجرمان آن کشور بوده است.
