سردار سیدهادی موسوی، فرمانده یگان حفاظت شهرداری تهران، با تبیین نقشه راه این یگان برای برقراری نظم، اعلام کرد که نیروهای تحت امر وی در بیش از ۱۵ بوستان کلیدی و فرامنطقهای حضوری شبانهروزی دارند. این لیست شامل تفرجگاههای بزرگی همچون نهجالبلاغه، ملت، لویزان، پلیس، لاله، سرخه حصار، آزادگان، ولایت، چیتگر، پردیسان، گفتوگو، یاس فاطمی، محمدعلی مختاری، نیایش و مجموعه دریاچه شهدای خلیج فارس است.
به گفته این مقام ارشد انتظامی، این بوستانها به دلیل وسعت و شمار بالای بازدیدکنندگان، پتانسیل تبدیل شدن به نقاط آسیبزا را دارند. از همین رو، یگان حفاظت با برپایی ایستگاههای ثابت و تیمهای گشتی سواره و پیاده، مأموریتهای خود را بر اساس اقتضائات هر منطقه بازتعریف کرده است تا محیطی امن و بدون دغدغه برای فراغت خانوادههای تهرانی مهیا شود.
کارنامه سیاه بزهکاران در برابر چشمان تیزبین پلیس
بخش قابل توجهی از دستاوردهای یگان حفاظت شهرداری در سال جاری، مربوط به کشفیاتی است که نشان از جدیت پلیس در پاکسازی تفرجگاهها دارد. طبق آمارهای ارائه شده توسط سردار موسوی، از ابتدای سال تاکنون بالغ بر ۹۰۰ گرم انواع مواد مخدر در سطح بوستانها کشف و ضبط شده است. در همین راستا، ۱۵۰ نفر که در زمینه خردهفروشی یا مصرف علنی مواد مخدر فعالیت داشتند، بازداشت و تحویل مقامات قضایی شدهاند.
این اقدامات تنها به حوزه مبارزه با مواد مخدر محدود نمیشود؛ کشف ۸ قبضه سلاح گرم و ۵۱ قبضه سلاح سرد به همراه تجهیزات نظامی غیرقانونی، نشاندهنده مقابله بیامان پلیس با اراذل و اوباش و افرادی است که قصد ایجاد ناامنی و رعب و وحشت در فضاهای عمومی را دارند. در این رابطه، ۴۶ نفر به جرم حمل سلاح سرد و دو نفر به دلیل در اختیار داشتن تجهیزات نظامی روانه بازداشتگاه شدهاند.
بازگرداندن اموال مسروقه؛ صید خودروهای سرقتی در حوالی بوستانها
یکی از نقاط قوت عملکرد یگان حفاظت در ماههای اخیر، اشراف بر پارکینگها و حاشیه بوستانها بوده است. سردار موسوی خبر از کشف ۱۸ دستگاه خودرو و موتورسیکلت مسروقه داد که سارقان قصد پنهان کردن یا استفاده از آنها را در محدوده این فضاها داشتند. همچنین ۷ سارق حرفهای اموال عمومی که اقدام به تخریب یا سرقت تجهیزات پارکها میکردند، شناسایی و دستگیر شدند.
این کشفیات نشان میدهد که بوستانها دیگر نقطه امنی برای مخفی کردن اموال سرقتی نیستند و پایش منظم شماره پلاکها و گشتهای نامحسوس، عرصه را بر سارقان تنگ کرده است.
امنیت؛ محصول مشترک مدیریت شهری و همکاری شهروندان
فرمانده یگان حفاظت شهرداری تهران با تأکید بر اینکه امنیت یک مقوله پویا و مستمر است، خاطرنشان کرد که تمامی این اقدامات در راستای تدابیر شهردار تهران و با هدف صیانت از حقوق عامه صورت میگیرد. هدف نهایی این است که هر شهروند تهرانی، از شمال تا جنوب شهر، بتواند در هر ساعتی از شبانهروز با اطمینان خاطر از فضای سبز محل زندگی خود استفاده کند.
سردار موسوی در پایان بر استمرار این گشتزنیها تأکید کرد و افزود: «نیروهای ما سپر امنیتی شهروندان در برابر توطئهها و رفتارهای ناهنجار هستند.» او همچنین از مردم خواست تا در صورت مشاهده هرگونه مورد مشکوک، موضوع را سریعاً به مأموران مستقر در ایستگاههای یگان حفاظت اطلاع دهند تا برخورد قانونی در کمترین زمان ممکن صورت گیرد.
